It’s disturbing to see how many people are willfully misrepresenting Charlie Kirk’s words to make him look like a man who condones violence or hatred. That is not the truth. Let’s set the record straight with some nuance:🔹 On guns: Kirk said that guns are a right, and like any right, there will unfortunately be deaths associated with misuse—just as there are deaths from car accidents. He wasn’t dismissing loss of life; he was explaining that rights inherently carry risks.🔹 On race and hiring: He affirmed that many black pilots (and others of all races) are absolutely qualified. His concern was with using race as a factor in hiring, which inevitably means some more qualified candidates (often white or Asian) could be passed over. His critique was about race-based hiring criteria—not about black excellence, just the negative consequences of race-based mandates.🔹 On the Civil Rights Act: He did not oppose equal rights. His issue was with provisions that enable racial preferences, which he saw as perpetuating division rather than promoting fairness. Kirk had many black friends and supported them for who they were—not because of, or in spite of, their skin color.🔹 On comments about gay people: His intent was to call people to repentance and salvation, not to promote harm. He never advocated violence against anyone, and claims otherwise (including from Stephen King) have been retracted once proven false.🔹 On Paul Pelosi’s attacker: This has been badly twisted. Kirk never “supported” the attacker. His point was that wealthy elites often get full justice when victimized, while everyday people are left vulnerable—because violent offenders are too often released back into poorer neighborhoods. It was a critique of a double standard in justice, not praise for violence.Bottom line:Charlie Kirk is being smeared by those who want to paint him as hateful, when in reality, his positions—whether you agree with them or not—were about principle, fairness, and consistency. Disagree if you wish, but stop twisting his words to justify or excuse evil. ... See MoreSee Less
